These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdt bdt platform and all services offered under it. The website is operated by bdt bdt and is an online gaming and betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. Neither version takes precedence in interpretation; both versions are equally valid. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full effect.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bdt bdt and take part in any gaming or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number and bank/mobile banking details — must be accurate and up to date. An account created using false information may be cancelled at any time.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

bdt bdt operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain countries or regions may be restricted. Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions using technical means is a violation of these Terms.

It is entirely the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always sign out after logging in on a public device or network.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using the same password on multiple sites.
• If you notice suspicious activity on your account, contact customer support right away.

bdt bdt does not accept liability for account losses caused by a user's own negligence. However, our security team remains active at all times and suspicious transactions are monitored automatically.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The currently accepted deposit methods on bdt bdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals use the same method. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, bdt bdt reserves the right to verify the account holder's identity. A copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through methods registered in the account holder's own name. Transactions on behalf of third parties are not accepted. We are obliged to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

bdt bdt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wager of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 are required.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• Playing certain games with bonus funds may be restricted or prohibited — please read the details of the relevant offer.
• If fraud is detected in connection with any bonus promotion, bdt bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• bdt bdt may change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on bdt bdt has its own rules. It is every user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing. We work with industry-leading software providers to ensure game quality.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server issue, network disconnection or software error, that round may be declared void and the bet amount refunded. However, bdt bdt is not liable for losses caused by problems with a user's own device or internet connection.

6.3 Fair Play

All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and impartial. Attempting to influence game results using any external software or technique is prohibited.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account voluntarily. Any outstanding balance will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met before closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no logins or transactions over an extended period may be marked as inactive. bdt bdt may take action regarding the balance of such accounts in accordance with its own policy.

bdt bdt always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, we do not accept liability for losses in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to problems with the user's own device, browser or internet connection.
• In the event of delay or failure by a third-party payment provider.
• If the service is unavailable due to force majeure events — such as natural disasters, power outages or government directives.
• If a loss occurs as a result of the user's own account credentials being disclosed to another party.

Gaming always carries risk. The decision to place bets on bdt bdt is entirely at the user's own discretion. There is no guarantee of recovering money lost.
